How To Guarantee Your Own Weight Loss -

Did you ever get sucked into a fad diet plan only to find that your motivation burned out long before the fat burned off?  Or worse yet, have you ever gotten on the scale after five days of really hard work, only to find that the scale reads the same or even a pound or two more than when you last checked it?

it all started when I was a graduate student in clinical psychology during my doctoral studies.  I was given a 20 hour per week practicum assignment to work in a hospital under the supervision of a clinical psychologist who recognized my talent and interest in working with patients on health-related problems like smoking cessation and weight loss.

Soon I had patients sending me pictures of their before-and-after success.  Physicians in the hospital network knew their patients needed to master the mental side of successful weight loss.  When it became a life or death situation, they referred their patients to us.
